Agency program
A lot of merchants find SmartSize through their agency. So we treat the agencies that work with us as long-term partners, not a referral channel. Here is what that looks like day to day.
Agency requests go straight to the product team, not a Tier-1 inbox. When a client deadline is on the line, you get fast answers from someone who can actually fix things.
If a brief needs something SmartSize doesn't do yet, send it over. We review every agency request, scope what's realistic, and ship the ones that fit — often inside a few weeks, not quarters.
Clients change their minds. Launch dates move. Briefs land on a Friday. We have been on the other side of those calls, so we stay flexible on scope, timing and turnaround — and we never put you on the spot in front of a client.
How we get started
We give your team a live tour of size charts, the size quiz and the merchant admin. Bring questions, edge cases and the client briefs you are juggling — we will show you how SmartSize handles them.
After the call we set you up with a free SmartSize plan on your own test store. All features unlocked, no trial timer, no quota cap. Use it as your sandbox to build real charts, run the size quiz and try every setting before a client touches it.
When you are ready, we help you onboard the first merchant — install, chart import, fit logic, translations, anything they need. From there you can resell, install on retainer, or hand the admin over once it is live.
Next step
Book a 30-minute walkthrough and we will set up your free agency workspace the same week. No card, no trial timer — just a full SmartSize plan on your own test store, so you can see it work before you put it in front of a client.
