Your quota is a number of monthly quiz users — not a number of recommendations. Each Pro tier lets a set number of distinct shoppers complete the size quiz per calendar month, and every one of them can receive unlimited size recommendations. The first time a shopper completes the quiz in a given month, your quota decreases by one; if that same shopper returns later in the month, your quota does not decrease again. So 'Pro 100' means up to 100 monthly quiz users, each with unlimited recommendations.

Yes. We automatically email you when you reach 80% of your monthly quiz-user quota, and again when you reach 100%, so you can upgrade before it affects your shoppers.

The size quiz keeps working — it never switches off, and there are no overage charges. Once you reach your monthly quiz-user cap, recommendations simply take a few seconds longer (about 5 seconds) until you upgrade to the next Pro tier. Your size charts and already-counted shoppers are unaffected, and the cap resets at the start of the next calendar month.

If you exceed your monthly quiz-user quota on a Pro plan, the quiz keeps working with a short delay on recommendations until you upgrade to the next tier.
