SmartSize is built by a small team that started out where you are now — running stores, agonising over returns, and answering “will this fit?” one message at a time. We built the app we wished we’d had back then. The part we never expected to love this much is hearing from the people who use it.
So write to us the way you’d write to a colleague. A rough idea, a half-formed question, a screenshot of something that looks slightly off — all of it is welcome. A real person reads every email, and that person can usually fix things the same day, because they built them.
